Flexibility with Kaeti! 

Build functional mobility and aesthetic range in a flexibility class designed specifically for athletes.  Each class will include a warm-up to safely open and mobilize the body, targeted conditioning for stability and active flexibility, and a rotating area of focus each week (e.g. backbends or hip extension).  Safe progressions and science-based training methods are emphasized in this class; students will leave class feeling strong, aligned, and relaxed.
