Aerial Conditioning & Flexibility Sat 2:30-3:45

This class is for people who want to technical training to take your aerial practice to the next level. The first half of this 75-minute class will approach conditioning drills with an eye on alignment and building safe and effective movement habits while increasing stamina and strength in the air. The second half of class focuses on increasing flexibility through both the dynamic and passive range, also through correct alignment and proper engagement. Expect to gain some knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics, and leave feeling strong, connected and present in your body.
